Yes August see’s Eddie’s Club has been running for exactly 1 month and we have had a great response with organisations joining up to be officially a member of Eddie’s club supporting Stroke survivors back into employment. If you own a business or work for a company who wish to improve their corporate social responsibility then look no further help us get the stroke survivor out of their shell and feeling worthy once more.

It was great to attend a workshop recently which was run by Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council in collaboration with Healthwatch Stockport entitled ‘Keeping it Real” whereby the health and social care sector acknowledges the need for lived experience to help the sector re-establish itself, as they say there is NOTHING BETTER THAN LIVED EXPERIENCE.
