Well that was May, another football season ticked off which had a lot of highs, some cruel lows and I have to mention a big low: Carl “Hotwheels”  Cockbain who passed shortly after Stockport County secured another play off final at Wembley with a home victory against Stevenage.    Carl pictured here with his mum Christine and dear friends at a game earlier this season.   RIP mate, sleep well;   Unfortunately, it wasn’t to be this time around as the opposition and VAR were against us as we were defeated by Bolton Wanderers, Josh Smith, Mark Stevens, Alex James & Peter Bankes on VAR.

So we go again, dust ourselves down and come back stronger which ironically is like our stroke recoveries, we may not be able to do things we once did but remember that all important little word YET.

If you really want to do something, believe that you will and try and try again and you will.
