November, remember remember the 5th November, Why?  All because some guy (see what I did there) had a fixation with loud noises and sparkly things, not really something that as a Stroke survivor you look forward to (well at least it would be OK from a distance) every day is a special day, dont take things for granted as all of a sudden it might not be there….Anyway..

The date to remember is 10th November Why?? Well 10th November we are proud to bring to Life Leisure, Avondale a 6 week programme of Tai Chi – it commences at 10:40am and lasts for 45 mins at Life Leisure with a qualified instructor it is £3 a session or £15 for the full 6 weeks. so what are you waiting for book your place now by calling 07752 777009 or contactus@strokeinformation.co.uk
